How long is the trial?

30 days on the Club plan, with no credit card. If you pick a plan during the trial the days left are not lost: the subscription year starts when the trial ends.

And when the trial ends?

To open new tournaments you need a subscription. Nothing is lost: the tournaments you played, the address book and the standings stay readable and exportable, and as soon as you pick a plan everything starts again where it was.

Do we pay per player?

No. You pay per club, whatever the number of members, tournaments and players. Players pay nothing and do not have to sign up.

How do we pay?

By bank transfer: a year at a time, which costs the same as ten months, or a month at a time. As soon as the payment arrives we activate the subscription and email you the receipt. You never need a credit card.

Is VAT included?

The price you read is the price you pay: there is no VAT to add.

Does it renew by itself?

Accepted Answer

No, and there is no automatic charge: the subscription runs for the period you paid for, a year or a month, and then expires. We email you before it ends, and you decide whether to renew.

Can we change plan or cancel?

To cancel, simply do not renew: no commitment and no penalty. To move up to a higher plan during the year, write to us: you pay only the difference for the months left.

What document do we get?

A numbered receipt by email, made out to the club, stating the period the subscription covers: one to file with the club’s accounts.

Several clubs together?

The Association plan holds the member clubs together, with circuits that add up the legs. Each club goes on working on its own, and a club without its own subscription uses the association’s.
